Questions about privacy
Anything about what the app saves, how to delete data or how to withdraw consent for the microphone is answered in the privacy policy. It is written in Swedish, and that is the version that governs; there is no approved English translation yet, and we would rather say so than publish one nobody has checked.
You also have the right to contact the Swedish authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
Something is broken
Describe what the child did, what you expected and what happened instead. Which phone and which iOS version it was helps too.
Press and partnerships
Same route as everything else. Rimdal is not released yet, so there is no press material to send.
